States Sue Obama Over Executive Actions

The New York Times and other news outlets reported this week that a group of twenty states has filed suit over President Obama's executive actions on immigration. I haven't reviewed the court filings, but according to the reports I have read the lawsuit appears to be a stratagem devised by governors to exert pressure on the Obama Administration to change course on executive action, or on Congress to legislate a permanent solution to the problem of our country's dysfunctional immigration system.
